“ How to Operate ACCURATE vs 4.2 “

This is the task from Miss. Irma, which we should to make a video as our as major especially accounting. So we choose make a video about ACCURATE App version 4.2, which’s using for accountant to make a database, and etc. and  we wish that our videos can give us the best score ever.

Astri                            : How are you today ??

Sartinah                       : I am great!

Elisa                            : I am fine thanks, how about you miss?

Astri & Cindy             : We’re in good condition

Cindy                          : So guys can you guess that what we want to do in here??

Sartinah                       : I guess we want to study accounting

Cindy                          : yes you’re true but can you see that in front of you is a computer, can   you guess it exactly??

Heri                             : let me guess if we want to study ACCURATE App

Cindy                          : yes you’re right! So what do you know about Accurate App?

Heri                             : Accurate App is an Application of Accounting, and The most of Accountant use that app for make a transaction. Especially Indonesian accountant

Elisa                            : and as far as I know this is the latest version of accurate, therefor  we should to glad if you can teach us more about this App

Astri                            : Ok guys thanks for your opinion we can to accept it well. And let me describe more what’s Accurate. Accurate Accounting is an application that has adopted the provisions of Financial Accounting Standards and Taxation applicable in Indonesia. this is due Accurate independently developed by the sons and daughters of Indonesia to the needs of companies in Indonesia

Sartinah                       : What’s Accurate App is the greatest Accounting App?

 Astri                           : yes of course! Because, Accurate accounting is an accounting software the most widely used companies in Indonesia compared to similar accounting software, such as MYOB Accounting, Zahir, and etc.

Elisa                            : What can we do in this app?

Cindy                          : yes we can practice accounting cases ranging from the manufacture of data (setup), input transactions to the Financial Statements and the 1111 VAT return period.

Astri                            : okay students lets practice now “ how to operate accurate App vs 4.2 “

Astri                            : before we study  Accurate, First you must to press the button on the CPU                                       and computer

All of Students           : yes miss..

Astri                            : if you have done to do a both rule, then next  open the App of                                       ACCURATE 4.2 on your computer. Have you all find it ??

All of Students           : yes we have found it

Astri                            : beside you its papers, there’re papers which’s the question of Accounting and                                 you can take it and try to understand what’s the question want. I give you 5                                     minutes to read it carefully.

Heri                             : yes, I did. The question is about some problem in Accounting and tell us

Astri                            : yes you are true!! We can to make a database. And Cindy teachers will                                guide to the step of making it

Cindy                          : yes thank you Astri. All I’ll guide you step by step and listen carefully                                       what I say, because nothing repeat for a twice

Cindy                          : for the first click Create New Company and klik box three point (ellipsis) with the name file of PT. CEMERLANG. And click Create. Have done guys ??

Sartinah                       : yes miss we have done

Cindy                          : OK ! then click Ok. Click user ID = SUPERVISOR dan Pasword = SUPERVISOR wait a minutes then click English. Click next click preparation proficient click next. For Input the currency you can typing Rupiah for the names of colom, 1 for the exchange rate, 1 Rupiah = 1 Rupiah  type of exchange rate, Indonesia for the country, and Rp for symbol after that click next. And input the information period of companies you can see on your papers. I give you 2 minutes to do it

Sartinah                       : yes miss

Cindy                          : input the information tax of companies. See again on your papers!! 2 minutes  again to do it

Cindy                          : if you have done then delete the default account with click tab Delete. Click   OK. Confirm appears, click Ok

Elisa                            : How many account to remaining ?

Cindy                          : 2 accounts there’s Retained Earning and Opening Balance Equity

Elisa                            : Ok miss

Cindy                          : for next astri teacher will guide you how to import account data

Astri                            : Ok thanks Cindy! Okay guys for import account data and the balance click File. Changes the row Files of type. Click Excel (*xls). Then, click Look in, for looking for file excel and click Tabel Excel 1. ACCOUNT LIST AND BALANCE. Click Open. Click Data Capture. Delete row the first on the data source, there’s No. Account. Click Ok. And don’t you forget to definition account. And for the other step you can do like this to import as the excel as accurate app want

Heri                             : owh like that miss?? So we can work this step with ourself without you  miss?? Cause you said that same like before.

Astri                            : yes you’re right heri!! I give you all 10 minutes to do this step until step of 18 the last step of database

Astri                            :  if you have done then click Finish. And for know the balance or not you can to check it out. First click Aktifitas, clikc Periodik, click process the end of the month. Then you can see it !
